I am beyond excited to invite you to SaltWanderings second mixed-gender retreat on the tropical island of Siargao, Philippines, running from February 17th to 23rd of 2026. 🌊🌊

This retreat is open to all – both men and women are warmly welcome to join me for an unforgettable week of ocean immersion, connection, and adventure. This retreat is perfect for both beginner, intermediate and experienced surfers and freedivers (no prior experience necessary, however you must be a competent swimmer).

Your Home for the Week – Mao Mao Surf

Your island home for the week is the dreamy Mao Mao Surf, a boutique surf stay built for connection and comfort. Tucked between the palms in the laid-back town of General Luna, Mao Mao offers relaxed boho vibes, thoughtfully designed rooms, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Enjoy open-air showers, on-site surf facilities, and chill-out areas perfect for post-session hangs. 🥥🌺🌊🌴

Retreat Host ✨✨

Tegan Anne the founder of SaltWandering will be your retreat host. Tegan is a Marine Biologist, Padi Snorkel Guide, Freediver, Hatha Yoga instructor and all round ocean loving water woman. She will be your guide and hype girl for the entire retreat!

Retreat Photographers 📸

Beautiful Em will be your retreat photographer!! She is a Marine Biologist and has years of experience capturing underwater moments!! Em will be there for every moment of this trip snapping all our adventures and providing you with a photo package at the end of the retreat! 🥥🪸

Jazz from Surfolk will also be joining us on this retreat!! You will be provided with your very own Surfolk film camera so you can capture your own magical moments 🎞️ Jazz will also be running a film camera workshop to ensure you capture the best photos possible 📸

What’s Not Included

While we’ve got the essentials covered, the following are not included in your retreat package:

- International and domestic flights

- Travel insurance (You will not be able to attend this retreat without insurance), passport or visas

- Bicycle or motorbike rental for local exploring

- Any meals not listed above, drinks, and alcohol

Please note: Participants must be confident swimmers to safely join all water-based activities during this retreat.🌊

Whether you’re coming solo, with a partner, or with friends, SaltWanderings Siargao promises connection, challenge, and plenty of stoke. Spaces are limited – come ride the waves, dive deep, and experience island life with us in February 2026!🐠🌺

Retreat Retainer

A $199.00 AUD retainer is required to reserve your spot on this trip! Please be aware that these retainers are non refundable.

Retreat Cost

Single bed shared room: $2799 AUD

Double bed private room: $2999 AUD

(If you are sharing a private bed with a friend this will reduce the retreat price down to $2799 AUD per person).

Paying remaining balance

Once you have paid the $199 AUD retainer you have locked in your spot and you are coming along on the retreat yewww! Once you have paid you will receive a booking confirmation and I will be in contact with you to arrange a payment plan to pay off your remaining balance. You can pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly or you can deposit the full amount. Whatever works best for you!

The full balance for the retreat must be paid 60 days prior to the trip! 🌞

Refunds and Transfers

As previously stated, the $199.00 AUD retainer is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after October 2025. However, you may sell and transfer your retreat spot to another individual (you will be responsible for organising this). To initiate a transfer, please email SaltWandering with the full name and contact information of the person to whom the retreat booking is being transferred.

Itinerary changes

A finalised itinerary will be emailed to you one month prior to your SaltWandering retreat. Please note that itinerary activities may change due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Age Requirements 

To participate in this retreat you must be of the age 18  or older.
Ages 16-17 may participate but must have a parent guardian on the retreat with them at all times.

Dietary Requirements 

All dietary requirements will be catered for. You will be contacted via email prior to the retreat to communicate your specific requirements, if any.
